Full Circle is a plant-based specialty coffee and wine bar with a small roastery inside (Coffee Mortier) and terrace at the backyard.

Our first water for coffee setup was installed at Full Circle Coffee in Gent in April 2019.
Yves trusted us the most important of his coffee bar - the taste of coffee and a little bit more.
How did we solve the challenge? (check the graphics on the top of the post)
Water treatment solution: Aquaphor Reverse Osmosis RO-203.
Water is filtered and collected into three storage tanks :
Water for espresso
Water for brewing
Filtered water
Water in the storage for espresso has different mineralisation level than water in storage for brewing.
The biggest storage is filled up with filtered water. On the way to the drinking water tap water is passing by conditioning and mineralisation filter cartridge for better taste and recommended electrolyte balance of the drinking water.
This storage can be optional connected to the small dishwasher.
